The team in Monzo are all so very helpful beyond their needs and you cannot say that with every bank. It is straight forward to use and the app design is very unique to others. Monzo is the future of banking! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Banking as it should be, changed my finances for the better

Doing what High Street banks should've done a decade ago. Having joined Monzo in the beta stage when they were still called Mondo I've gradually gone full Monzo and can credit their service for giving me the tools to pay off £40k of credit card debt in less than 3 years. I'm now on track to be debt free before the end of the year and Monzo have been a big part of this achievement. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

What banking is supposed to be like

It was only when I switched to Monzo (on friends' insistence) that I realised just how bad the services and processes are with the high street banks! Monzo have been a breath of fresh air! Every transaction is so quick and easy, even when using the facilities abroad! And the cherry on the top; the foreign exchange rates are the best going! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Potty over pots

So where to begin, Monzo are easy to use, great for every day banking and the pots really make a difference. Every month like millions of people I have Direct debits leaving my account, at monzo when my salary goes in it gets auto sorted in to pots, one for rent, one for broadband etc. so I do not have to do the sums myself, so you know exactly how much is left. Now for customer service, What little interaction that I have needed with them they have always been top notch, polite and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. Always helpful

I have had a couple of times to contact Monzo! Their chat system is fab and someone there to help you straight away. Their security is also great and prevented my account being compromised when my details were stolen before Christmas. I've had it since the start

I've had Monzo since 2017 when a friend gave me a 'golden ticket' to join, and I've never looked back. I've tried various high street banks over the years and all of them came with a bad app UX, waiting periods, poor customer service and a painful process to take full control of your finances. Monzo keeps things simple, while having all the best features, and it evolves with the times unlike other banks. 10/10! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
