Fantastic bank, top tier customer service

Budgeting features and fast payments are amazing. Also handy receiving your salary a day earlier than scheduled. 24/7 customer service is great too. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Overall brilliant

Monzo provides a great service, which is user friendly and very clear. My only negative is that the interest rates on their savings 'pots' have been slashed to basically 0 over the last year. Whilst this is understandable, due to the pandemic, it gives me less motivation to use the round-up feature and does not encourage me to save. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Fantastic service

So easy to make a joint account, save money in pots and then round up any spends I make into the pot. I save so much money that I would usually spend, only downside is paying in cash but I kept my account with another bank for that Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Would recommend, makes managing finances super easy
