Exactly what a modern mobile-only bank should be!

Monzo is simply great: from customer service, to continuous significant updates, from app security to ease of use, from saving products to joint accounts...what else could a customer need? And the fact that it's free, without sneaky monthly costs to activate the best features (I am looking at you Revolut) makes their relationship to their customers that much more honest and clear.
