Easy banking

Monzo is easy to use and bank with , Can control everything with my online account , See my spending at once and many other things , I believe they also give now loans at a fantastic rate , which i may use in the near future . Been now with Monzo for a couple of Years and never had any issues , hopefully it will stay that way . Well done Monzo Bank . Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Brilliant

Very quick and simple to use

Everything is easier now

I can see exactly what's taking money and when. I can download histories for processing after the month. I'm very happy in comparison with my old bank. I completed the full switch about a year ago and haven't looked back. The app has had some stability issues but that seems to be resolved now. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Exactly what a modern mobile-only bank should be!

Monzo is simply great: from customer service, to continuous significant updates, from app security to ease of use, from saving products to joint accounts...what else could a customer need? And the fact that it's free, without sneaky monthly costs to activate the best features (I am looking at you Revolut) makes their relationship to their customers that much more honest and clear.
