Finally a bank that listens to users

Monzo is the first bank that I feel honestly listens to its users. I love the pot feature as it's allowed me to budget properly, as well as set up automatic payments such as my train fare. I'd recommend this bank to anyone trying to get a handle on their finances! Not only is the app great but the customer service and the community is great too. Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

I love the way Monzo is run, it feels more personal than other banks even though it’s all digital! (You can chat on the phone too if you need to) they seem to think of loads of little things that make your life easier too. I always recommend it as it’s just so easy and straight forward to use.
