Beats the high street rubbish

After years of bad experience with Nat west, Barcleys and more. Monzo has been a breath of fresh air. No long queuing waiting for one cashier! Monzo’s app is instant. Love them Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Superb & Exciting.

Very clear with their goals, I feel encouraged to save and to be overall more organised with my finances and it's thanks to Monzo for that. There's something particularly exciting about Monzo. Easiest and most trustworthy bank

I was with Royal Bank of Scotland, their app never told me if I was overdrawn when I was a student so I was stung by those charges and I felt that I couldn't trust to tell me what's what about banking, where I should put my money and monitor my savings. Monzo I trust, they are upfront about the charges and my spending so now I have a career its where I will put my money. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Best features and customer support, and rapid at applying constructive feedback.

I have followed this bank from infancy. When the bank was young and couldn't offer everything, they focused on critical things people wanted that even main line banks still didn't have. Fast forward to now and their features are paving the way of legacy banks trying to keep up with what people needed and can now achieve with monzo. The customer service is on point. Very friendly, extremely reactive and focus more on being helpful to the customer than forcing customers through painful and frustrating legal processes that show a bank clearly and in apologetically cares more about its own benefit than the customer. What's best is that Monzo actively want bad feedback to see what to focus on and improve. Simply put they are a bank that want to listen to their customer and want to make success and money by giving customers as much value as possible. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Amazingly complete and smooth user experience

It is the most transparent, easy, practical and useful bank I’ve ever used in my life, and I had accounts in 4 countries and 8 banks. The way the turned the bureaucracy of an average bank into this incredible product is incredible! Reviewed on: 16th January 2020
