Great app and awesome service

Both myself and my wife have now switched our current accounts to Monzo. The app is fantastic and also the customer service is second-to-none. Features such as the salary sorter and budgets really help me manage my money. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Great for banking peace of mind!

I love how they make everything so easy. For example recently I asked our local council to change my direct debit details to my Monzo account to pay my council tax. They said on the phone they had, but I didn't really trust them as they didn't confirm via email or send any documentation. A few days later, I got a notification from Monzo to confirm a direct debit had been set up. I'd never get that from any other bank! Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Monzo has been an incredible financial partner for me! I've become more knowledgable about financial products and feel more confident choosing services that suit my needs. It just works. And when it doesn't customer service is incredible!

Monzo changed my life. I no longer get frustrated at my bank. I get instant notifications when my card is used, I can reverse a transaction on the app when I need to (goodbye unfair hotel holds!) and customer service is always available in minutes on the few occasions I have needed them. I also love Monzo's blogs and how when they mess up they are very transparent and forthcoming about it. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020
