Real time transactions

I struggle with budgeting, so many of the Monzo features have helped me get better with money. The real time transactions are great, as are the categories so I can see where my money is going. The customer service chat is responsive, however sometimes a little slow, which is why I've marked it down. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Easy modern banking

Excellent!

Moved my main account first and was very surprised with the 21st century approach. No more old stuffy, restricted banking that the big banks offer. Monzo is a new, fresh and modern approach. I have since moved all my banking over and have never been happier. I look forward to the future and more functionality being released. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Great bank who cares about their customers

I have had a few problems with other company's charging me the incorrect amount. Monzo have alway been happy to help. I like that I can always talk to them when I need to through the app. Both my personal and shared account is now with Monzo and I couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019
