Control over spending

An early adopter 4 years ago, legacy banks seem clunky in comparison. Have made the switch on current account. When I lost my card recently without realising, the very first transaction needed authorising so was able to block within seconds and stop ANY fraud on my account. I cant tell you how many hours this saved on the phone cancelling cards etc. My new card arrived in the next post. Seamless and delightful to use. Who thought a bank could be praised! Wonderful experience

It's been almost a year I've been with Monzo. Not even once they've failed me! Wonderful app-banking experience. Super quick customer support for the icing on the cake! You wish something was there in the app and the next update drops it. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Converted from the norm!

Originally I opted for a monzo account for its travel card incentives but the more I used it the more I realised that Monzo is a what I would call a modern bank and leaves the high street competition for dead. The interactive app is ever evolving and is exactly what consumers want in the digital age we live in. I'm so pleased that I've swapped my current account and my joint account. Banking now fun!

I've always struggled with money, even when earning a good wage I never had any money left at the end of the month. With pots and automation, I have managed to save for Xmas, car insurance and birthday presents this year! Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Banking brought into the 21st Century

Love the Pots that help Save and especially the Round Up option. Love the immediate notification on my phone when funds are spent or received. Money has even been out into my Bank a day early because Monzo knew it was on the way. Fantastic Bank. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Number 1!

Opening an account was a breeze although a little unorthodox. Instant spend notifications are great and the fact I never have a "pending" transaction is brilliant. The new salary sorter makes saving money and "setting out the stall" for the month so unbelievably easy. Customer service is grade-A. Had an issue where someone had cloned my card and used it to buy a load of junk online. Thanks to instant notifications I was instantly aware and froze my card. Within 15 minutes of being on the phone to customer services I was refunded and a new card was at my door the next day. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Monzo is by far the Best Bank out there!

I have had nothing but great experience from Monzo. I have been banking with them for just over a year now and the platform that Monzo has created has allowed me to manage my finances super effectively and help me to save for my first house. Simple and innovative

Since joining Monzo everything has been simple straight forward and without issue. In this day and age what more do you want that a bank you can apply for and manage on your mobile device! Customer service on the one occasion I have needed them were very helpful and resolved my query then and there!
