Legacy banks out, Monzo in!

Monzo have been incredibly helpful to everyone I know that uses them. Their quality of customer service is excellent and their communication is superb. I've always wished it could be this easy with others - Monzo doesn't just know technology, it knows humanity. Something legacy banks like Santander often don't demonstrate to their fullest. Monzo is what makes you enjoy mobile banking

I've switched to monzo after "testing it" on holiday. It provides a great experience and it keeps evolving and getting better, while being already far ahead of my previous "traditional" bank. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Makes managing money easy and fun

Love the budgeting feature. Love the notification when I have a payment that is going to put me in the red ahead of time so I can move some money around in time. Love the ka-ching sound when money comes in and love the little touches like pulling my wages early into my account with a fanfare to accompany it. Love freezing and defrosting. Early feature bit still so useful for someone like me who is always switching bags and can’t be sure if I actually put my card on or dropped it. Most of all love how they get us the customers to feedback and test new features. Can’t give enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
