Perfect Account

Monzo's account does everything a normal account does, but does it better! No more branches, everything is done via your secure app, live chats or rarely over a phone. Their app is out of this world, offering a wide range of features not found with most banks. A salary sorter to automatically save money. Saving accounts known as 'pots' that are easily created, easily managed and have a wealth of different feature and interest rates. Monzo change how I manage money, and made it easier than ever. Stay in control, great with friends

First and probably most importantly, Monzo has given me greater visibility over my finances and helped me improve my financial position. I’m much more aware of how much I have, and where I’m spending my money. Instant notifications and budgeting tools have really helped. As has an app that’s quick and easy to use. Monzo also has some features that work really well if your friends also use Monzo. Splitting the bill at a restaurant is effortless, and shared tabs allow me and my housemate to manage bills between us effortlessly. No/minimal foreign fees is also a bonus. Making banking easier for everyone

I’ve never been more in tune with my finances than when I started using Monzo. It’s completely changed my own and my partners control over our money and we’ve never been in a better position because of it. Closed, dishonest and opaque.

I have had Monzo for a considerable time and the product, service, and company as a whole, are getting worse and worse. My app has never worked properly, I get red error messages if I do half a dozen different actions, which has been mentioned to CS to a shoulder shrug, but mostly I paid out for their premium plan, Monzo Plus which the company completely made a hash-up off, and have now scrapped. Despite scrapping the product and going back to the drawing board because it was a complete failure, they refused to refund customers or accept any liability, claiming that they had delivered the product, despite obvious evidence that they did not. Shocking morals from a company that claims to be open, honest and transparent, and not like the rest of the sector. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them after that. Fantastic Bank

Been full Monzo for a few months, love how I can finally budget my money, tells me in advance when something is due to come out so I don't fall behind. Pots and round ups are wonderful. Customer service is great too. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
