Incredible improvement for control and engagement with my money

Monzo has allowed me to engage regularly with my money in a delightful way. I have control and oversight over my money and can interact and analyse me spending and accounts in a couple of easy, sparkly taps. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Puts other banks to shame

It just works. I can’t believe it took this long, in this day and age, for a bank to be this easy. The features and things Monzo offer are fantastic - so much so that I see the other big banks rolling copy-cat stuff all the time. Their customer service is so far ahead of any other bank. Their transparency is so refreshing. There’s always room for improvement - and no company should ever be 100% trusted by their customers, but Monzo has done nothing to say otherwise - as far as I’m concerned. Banking Made Easy and With Transparency

I had my NatWest account for years, but when I opened a Monzo account I switched over to them fully after a month because it was so simple to use, has great budgeting tools and has everything you need from a bank like FSCS protection. The customer service is friendly, modern and professional, plus they are very open about everything they do. Can't fault Monzo in the slightest! Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Great Banking

I’m Italian, and I’ve come to the UK to study, opening a Monzo was hassle free and I had a card delivered to me within two days of applying for the current account. I’ve been using Monzo for almost two years as my main account, and have no complaints, their service is perfect and even if something ever goes wrong their customer service is always available and very friendly. They set a new standard for how banks should work for me, and having to deal with 4 hour office hours, paperwork and foreign currency transactions fees with banks back home in Italy makes me wish Monzo was everywhere!
