Excellent current account

Excellent in keeping the customer up to date with their one finances and excellent ideas and openness. I particularly enjoy the Summary report, as well as the instant notifications. Best Banking Experience

In the last decade, I've banked with over a dozen different banks in several countries, including 6 in the UK. Most of those banks are a terrible experience with a handful being bearable. Monzo actually makes me enjoy banking. It's really hard for me to use any other bank now. Since Monzo doesn't offer international accounts or business banking, I am stuck with a subpar user experience for those options. However, for my personal banking, I can rest easy and continue enjoying the amazing features offered by Monzo. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Not only is the account/app far superior to any of my previous accounts/web banking/apps in terms of information provided, and ease of use, but Monzo customer service is second to none. Great app and journals

Love the feature that sends push notifications for payments and receipts. Helps to instant confirmation in person. Love the journal email which gives insight on my spending and those in the Monzo family. Love that it’s clear to see how much you’ve spent in a day and a chart to show your balance over time. Big stress-reducer

I'm never worried now about what's going on with my money, because I can see it all in real time. I can plan how I want, store money in as many different pots as I want, and it learns my habits and helps me predict my spending. And there's always someone to help support – no more wasting a lunch break visiting a branch. I'll never go back to regular banking. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019
