Monzo is what banks should be!

Monzo is the best app, bank, company and the only one I support firmly. Each step they have made so far well thought for the business and for the clients, and I appreciate that a lot as a client. Monzo you were also the first bank to accept me as a new comer in UK and proved not just a temporary solution but my bank of choice! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

High fees for a reasonable app

Only Starling have a better featured mobile banking app but Monzo fall down on customer service response times (can be days) and the absurd fees they charge (50p / day to be over drawn by a small amount or £1 to deposit a small amount of cash) - those prices aren't challenging anything in this industry Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Best bank account

It's been east to set up and use my monzo account in the UK and also abroad with no charges. The current account is personal and innovative and when I had a banking enquiry, their online assistance was prompt and helpful. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Monzo is a game changer, I can’t believe how much I rely on their fantastic app. I use Monzo as my main account and have not looked back since the change. Anytime that I have contacted customer support through the in app chat, it’s been quick, painless and most importantly easy. Can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Easy to use, no messing. paperless. immdediate update on mobile phone. Use anywhere.

I've tried to use a visa card in places in Spain and it doesn't work. Monzo did and I always now choose the Monzo card to do transactions. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019
