Innovative, inclusive and a bank that actually cares about its customers

This bank doesn’t shout about customer service, it just does it exceptionally well eg I withdrew cash from an ATM, somehow the amount kept repeating. Monzo sent me a text to let me know they were sorting it before I even knew there was a problem. I love how the team respond when there is an issue. I visited the US and the hotel had reserved the amount on my card, then when the actual amount was also charged, it meant I wouldnt have sufficient funds for other items. I rang the team to explain and they removed the reserved amount. I’ve had the same issue with the bank that isnt a bank and got nowhere! I also like that Monzo canvass its members opinions on how it should develop, keeps us informed about progress and gives us a chance to invest in its success. Monzo is the best bank! Best banking app/service there is!

Monzo is the next generation’s Bank! The app design and use is exactly what is needed heading into the 20s and I’m proud to be a Monzo customer. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Simple, clean and eady to use account..... with a very visible card!!

Started to use Monzo purely for saving on and using for travelling.... but now use it for every day, topping up with cash to limit my spending and manage my money more carefully. Excellent chat features with the Monzo staff too. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Best banking experience

Monzo is the first bamk that males everything simple keeps on innovating with new tools and services all the tome amd has the best custpmer service Inhave ever gotten by a bank. I Love Monzo

Monza is so clear and easy to use. I always know immediately if money is going in or out of my account and love the safety feature of making sure that I am aware of a purchase by getting me to approve on the phone app before the payment goes through. It also keeps me in check with what I am spending my money on and gives options to save for specific things with their savings pots.
