I am really happy with the service Monzo provide. Having a top-up card is brilliant and their customer service is great, they respond very quickly and always inform customers in advance if there may be the odd technical issue. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Amazing bank

Customer service is excellent. The transparency serves them well and makes for an excellent product/service. No vague replies when you ask questions as you would get from a high street bank.
