A challenger bank traditional banks should worry about!

I have been with Monzo for over a year and they have provided a reliable service you can depend on, something traditional banks do not. The app is updated regularly with new innovative features that fit in with today’s lifestyle. Easy to open and easy to use. The only slight criticism I have is that because they have grown so rapidly customer service response time has become slower, although they are working on this. Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Friendly, Safe & Dependable.

I have had Monzo for a little 6 months now and they’ve been amazing. Their customer service is great and very helpful. Their app is incredibly easy to use but still very secure. They come without the hassle of the high street banks. Oh and what’s not to like about that lovely pink that the card comes in?? Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Brick and mortar banks could learn a thing or two.

Would never change bank again.
