The future of banking

Monzo are showing up the old banks, on every metric. The product is fantastic, and proves daily how the old providers are literally stealing a profit from their customers. A fast and efficient service fit for the 21st century, with numerous innovations that have been lacking in the sector for far too long, proven by the scramble of established brands to copy these features! Amazing

The app is brilliant, very insightful. Their customer service is by far the best I've ever received by any company. Whenever I've had an issue it's been resolved within an hour or so, without having to wait on hold. Everything's done in the app, it's so easy and makes travelling 10x easier than it's ever been! A world apart from mainstream banks

I've been with Monzo since the early days (I was the 2565th user of their Beta product and one of the first users of their Current Account) and I have been nothing but impressed. They truly care about their users requirements and provide customer support that is so much better than your typical bank. Before Monzo, I banked with HSBC. HSBC are a very good bank and as such, my immediate decision to join and stay with Monzo means so much more. I am really looking forward to what Monzo are planning for the future! Banking made easy.

Monzo has caused some serious disruption in the banking industry. It has revolutionised what it means to bank, from transfering money to spending abroad, it has got banking down to a tee. I not only recommend Monzo to almost all my friends and family, I’ve taken it that one step further and invested my money, in what I think is a truly great company! Always willing to help you
