Easily the best experience I've ever had with a bank (and possibly any other service)

Monzo is so far ahead of their competition that I don't even think it's fair to compare them with other banks. And sure, some other banks have come along and offered "modern" banking solutions, but Monzo speaks your language and, most importantly, is friendly and accessible, from the app to the actual people working there (whom I've had the pleasure to meet in person a few times). Honest, open, fair while being good value

Monzo are my primary choice for two main reasons. I'm able to use it overseas with clear understanding of the costs - which a very few. Also their customer service is exceptional and so easy to access. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

You would think it’s impossible to love something so universaly vile and despicable as a bank. But Monzo just keeps turning that idea on its head: understanding, human, transparent, modern, fair, ...I literally can’t stop recommending them... insane right? Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
