Leading the way. Recommend to everyone.

Very easy and quick to open. No complicated ID&V process. Not offering more than what is needed, real products for real purpose eg moneypots rounding up spending change. Using the card abroad with low to nothing fee’s. Not trying to please everyone. ‘Simple’ products. ‘Personal’ online service. ‘Fair’ offers of services... They are doing it the right way. I even wish the bank I worked for was Monzo. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

First the app is amazing and in my opinion a superior experience to Anything else. And second Monzo just seem to care about their users. I have never been excited by my bank, but Monzo listen to user feedback and are delivering requested features at an amazing rate. I will never need a high street bank again, going with Monzo is one of the best financial decisions I've ever made. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
