The Most Awesome Bank Ever.

I’ve been using Monzo off and on since the beta phase of their original launch. Since launching their current account, it’s now my primary bank. Excellent customer service, awesome app, and the transparency of everything they do means their a bank I can really trust! Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

Overall positive - can't say that about many banks

A bank I actually enjoy using

Whenever I've used other banks I always felt very disconnected with them and my money, but with monzo im able to easily track my savings and my spending. Since joining I've saved more than ever and have never been left wondering how much money I had left for the month, and I've convinced many friends to join me. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

The only bank I trust 100%

Monzo is the best bank I've ever used. It is easy and intuitive to use. The customer support get back to you very quickly and are very friendly. The most important thing to me though is the dialogue that Monzo has with its user community. They listen and they actively take on feedback. They admit flaws and they work on them. It builds a level of trust that I don't have with any other company, let alone a bank. And for that reason alone I love Monzo and I'll remain loyal Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
