Great app, service and usability

Monzo is a great bank that works great abroad and for everyday purchases. They have a fantastic app to accompany the current account card that has great usability and is easy to use. I also have a joint account with them and has useful features such as Money Pots to help saving and Bill Splitting. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

Best experience for digital generation.

Amazing - transforming banking

Excellent experience

Innovative with excellent customer service

Sign up is easy and quick. Information on transactions is instant with expenditure updated in real time so I know exactly what is going out of my account. Card freezing gives additional security. There is excellent expenditure analysis. Response to queries is really fast. Consultation with customers is genuine and I feel our requests are listened to in identifying new features.
