Longstanding Customer

The Best Bank out there period

They honestly have the best app I've used, super easy, smooth, never lags, and just looks really nice. Everything’s where it should be, it's clear, easy to use, and customisable as hell. I opened the account as a backup but ended up switching to Monzo as my main account not long after. I love being able to make as many pots as I want, the round-up feature is great, and they were one of the first to let you freeze your card instantly, which I’ve actually needed. Sending money to another Monzo user is ridiculously easy, and splitting bills is really useful too. And Greg at Monzo cracks me up. It’s smart, playful marketing and it actually makes me want to keep up with what they’re doing. They’re not just ahead with the tech and smart banking stuff, they’re also shaking up an industry that’s usually stiff and overly formal. I love that they don’t take themselves too seriously and they’re breaking all the boring old-school banking stereotypes. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025
