An excellent online bank

I’ve banked with Monzo since 2017 and never had a problem. If I’ve ever needed any help they were quick and helpful to resolve. The banking/online system is easy to use and I like that I can use my card abroad hassle free. Overall it’s a fantastic bank, with of course - great social media presence! Long-time customer, first-time reviewer!

I'm not one for writing reviews, so the fact I am writing one now means a lot! I've been a customer of Monzo for over 10 years and can honestly say it's been the smoothest banking experience I've ever had - they're constantly looking to improve their services by adding new features, and were fantastic the only time I've had an issue with my account. From receiving money for a takeaway from housemates 10 years ago, setting up a joint account with my then-boyfriend to now sending thousands to vendors for our wedding, Monzo has made the whole experience stress-free and simple.
