Good, but not good enough

Fantastic idea but very poor execution. Company is now backing out of its previous promises about having no silly charges and keeps removing features that made Monzo... Monzo. Customer service takes very long time to respond and it feels like Monzo is going down. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Fantastic experience keeps getting better

Have loved using Monzo almost since it’s inception. While not perfect, it has been miles ahead of my (and my partners) experience of other UK ‘normal’ banks. The best feature by far is how quickly they respond to their customers in introducing new features. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Amazing service, and life-changing analytics.

I was a loyal customer of HSBC for 25 years, but moved fully to Monzo as soon as I could. Their whole ethos makes them my favourite company, never mind banking. They have the most helpful staff who will do all they can do solve your problem. I have even used them to increase my knowledge of Mastercard rules so that I can make claims on my credit cards, because they are so highly-trained and explain things so clearly. As for the analytics, they told me a month early that I was going to go overdrawn, so I was able to avoid it completely. I just wish they did a credit card too! Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Monzo is the first bank that I believe is putting my interests above its own. Their support is second to none, the app is intuitive, and they regularly engage customers to help them build their product. I have become much better with my money since moving to them.
