Awesome current account

Monzo has become my sole current account provider thanks to being super transparent, refreshingly conversational and personal rather than an old fashioned corporate stuffy bank. The app is extremely easy to use with amazing innovations that other now emulate. Have already had 5 other people sign up following my recommendation and they haven't looked back since. Good, but not good enough

Fantastic idea but very poor execution. Company is now backing out of its previous promises about having no silly charges and keeps removing features that made Monzo... Monzo. Customer service takes very long time to respond and it feels like Monzo is going down. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Fantastic experience keeps getting better

Have loved using Monzo almost since it’s inception. While not perfect, it has been miles ahead of my (and my partners) experience of other UK ‘normal’ banks. The best feature by far is how quickly they respond to their customers in introducing new features. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
