Monzo is the first bank that I believe is putting my interests above its own. Their support is second to none, the app is intuitive, and they regularly engage customers to help them build their product. I have become much better with my money since moving to them. Absolutely love Monzo! Easy to set up an account, quick delivery of the debit card and payments back to the card clear faster than any bank I have ever banked with. Customer service is second to none and the community is very friendly. Definitely a convert here! Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

Between their amazing product and stellar customer service, every aspect of my Monzo experience has been a great one. Their app is so useful for budgeting, you can really see when you're spending too much. Setting money aside in pots is so useful. Saved money without trying with roundups.. Customer service is the best.. and I also bank with First Direct Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
