Intuitive and reliable

I've used monzo for years, the app is intuitive and reliable. I have a great interest rate on my savings and get to use my card abroad with no fees! Never had any issues, have now started using the savings pot features and have opened a joint account. Makes moving money simple and sending money to friends really easy too. I absolutely love using Monzo abroad!

The App is really good

They are my first real bank account, and the app has made it so easy for me to get started with things such as investments and savings, because it teaches you all the important things you need to know to get started! Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

All the other banks are behind.

Monzo was only introduced a few years ago and they’ve smashed it! I love the ability to budget and create savings pots without having to open a savings account. The interface on the app is not only designed nicely but easy & simple to use. NatWest used to be my main bank but now I’ve completely moved to Monzo. Other banks had only introduced similar features after Monzo had! Too late by then. You need to listen to your customers more and take a leaf from Monzo. To all the other banks, you have to work a lot harder to convince me to move to you. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
