Since switching to Monzo I now have full control of my finances, I have a healthier understanding of my spending and accountability. I've even been able to regularly save and increase my investments. I love the pots option - let's you put the money aside so easily and monitor your goals! The interest rate on saving account is great and the cashback offers too - more ways of saving. I've recently joined the 1p challenge - what a fun way of saving up again! But this isn't enough - what makes them great is their exceptional customer service! Best bank by miles

Monzo has completely changed the way I manage my money. Gone are days of queing in tedious banks - instead the app is super intuitive, with instant spending notifications, easy budgeting tools, and great savings features like pots. The customer service is amazing - fast, friendly - andI love the great rates and fee-free spending abroad. Simple and stress-free unlike my bricks and mortar bank who i literally dread contacting.
