Accessible and easy to manage money

App is really easy to use and enables me to manage my money with different pots. I love the use of visuals it makes it a lot easier for me and is more accessible. I’ve been using monzo for years and never had any issues. Super reliable bank, customer service is top excellent. The option to get your salary early is amazing, I use it pretty much every single month and have done for a couple of years. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Money transfers and, bereavement support

Current account is easy to use at home and abroad. Exchange rate is always really good and the spending summary is really helpful. It is also really easy to transfer money at home and internationally with real clear exchange rates and fees stated where relevant. Most of all, when my mother sadly passed away and she had a Monzo account the customer service/bereavement team were the easiest team out of all other bank accounts that she had to deal with. They replied and actioned any requests instantly and dealt with real compassion. I am really grateful for them for that. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
