Still the best banks out there

Customer service was very good when I opened my account but recently the level of customer service isn’t the same. There doesn’t feel like the same warmth from Monzo. Still one of the best banks I have been with. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

So helpful and supportive

I unfortunately fell victim to a spam and Monzo were so supportive and helpful. The customer services I received was incredible and I for a job work within customer experience so I know when I'm being fobbed off. I can't thank your team enough.
