I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, and I’ve always had a great experience with your customer support team. They’re always there to help me out when I need it, and they’re really helpful and friendly. I also love the perks you offer, like Cashback with Monzo, Investments, and Railcard. It’s so convenient to use your app, and it’s easy to navigate around. I highly recommend your bank to anyone looking for a great place to manage their finances. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Great app functions, ever evolving user interface, very helpful financial advice tools like credit score enhancement tips and more. I particularly like the Monzo Max benefits as well as the virtual cards. With virtual cards, I can plan my spending in categories and spend with confidence. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

The app is fantastic with so many useful features- especially for an ADHDer like me. Since switching my current account to Monzo I have been in much better control of my finances and been making it through to the end of the month for the first time in my adult life!
