Great company and easy to speak to

Can use card aboard with no fees, an alert on the app if you’re on your phone checking balance telling you it’s not them calling you in case of a scam. Cashback paid immediately, contents insurance with same bank at very good price, can use pots or savings account but also have pension info and join together pensions through the app Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

I have been with Monzo for years.

I have been with Monzo for years. I trust them and recommend them to all my friends and family. I travel a lot and live that I can use Monzo everywhere. In the 5+ years that I’ve been with them I’ve had one minor issue and customer service fixed it instantly. 10/10 - cannot recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Monzo is the easiest bank ever!

Monzo is the easiest bank ever…. The perks are unreal and they ease of the bank itself is seamless. I have merged all of my banks onto Monzo and they sorted it all for me. To have a £17pcm max card which gets better rates, railcard, car, phone and travel insurance is crazy good value.
