Monzo has been the best bank for me. I use both Nationwide and Monzo and Monzo is much easier to work with. I love the pots system, the Perks subscriptions are great value for money and have saved me so much, it's the easiest app to use to send or receive money from friends and family. Everything about it is great and I have had no complaints. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Monzo. From day one, everything has just worked — smoothly, intuitively, and without any of the usual frustrations you expect from banking. The app is incredibly easy to use, beautifully designed, and makes managing money feel almost effortless. Whether it’s tracking spending, splitting bills, or just checking my balance, everything is seamless and quick. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the experience as user-friendly as possible. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Every time I’ve needed help, the support team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with — which is rare these days. I honestly have no complaints. It’s one of those services that just fits perfectly into your life and does exactly what you need it to do, without any hassle. I recommend Monzo to my friends all the time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
