Bravo Monzo!

The app is so very simple to use, support is on hand as and when needed. An example of this was a purchase I made and never received the goods. One click and they had paid back the money into my account and told me they would take up claiming the money from the company. Always helpful and reassuring; quick to respond to my questions when I need help on the app or things confirmed. The ability to put my pay into pots means I don’t go over budget each month.
