Monzo has completely changed the way I manage my money. Gone are days of queing in tedious banks - instead the app is super intuitive, with instant spending notifications, easy budgeting tools, and great savings features like pots. The customer service is amazing - fast, friendly - andI love the great rates and fee-free spending abroad. Simple and stress-free unlike my bricks and mortar bank who i literally dread contacting. The ease and lack of friction is what makes Monzo Great. Easy to do everything from the app and I've got my whole family on it with joint accounts and more recently kids accounts. Never really had any issues, helps me keep to my budgets, great for payments abroad and has everything I need. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
