I appreciate that Monzo integrate customer feedback into their product. There have been few occasions where the features of Flex were tweaked in response to what customers wanted. E.g introducing more default payment plans for customers who preferred to pay the full balance in the next month (instead of paying in 3) Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
