I have taken out three bonds. The process was simple and straightforward. My mailn reason was that the rates on offer were the best on the market. Everything went like clockwork. One bond has matured and the payout was vey prompt. Thank you. Reviewed on: 18th July 2023

Great rates for loyal customers

After a year investing in a 1yr Fixed Rate Term account, the customer is offered a special higher rate as an existing investor. I have found these special rates to be higher than most alternative companies. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Bare in mind this is not a High Street run of the mill Bank, yes they are people's bank and may for some customers be a little slower to respond to email. But I just call them up. I found this is an excellent place to save and place your money. Started with My Community Bank 4 years ago with a saving account and last year joined there associated Castle Community Bank -all part of one group. Just opened up 2 more savings accounts at my renewal today. Awesome customer service and great rates. Definitely recommend them to anyone, as it's truly is a bank by the people for the people!
