Incredibly quick and easy!

It took a matter of minutes to close an account. Really helpful that the conversation doesn't restart when you switch windows as I had to check a couple of things during the process. Very easy to understand for someone who's not quite an expert in all things banking. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

I have been with the RBS for over 50 years and always found them helpful, with the very few problems that I've had. The title "confused" relates to group name change and the reason for it. As with other saving companies I find this bank slow to pass on increases in interest rates but almost instantaneous at dropping them for savers, and vice versa for mortgage and loans.
