First time using online banking and it well I thought it was going to be daunting but it wasn’t the NatWest app is easy to use and the virtual assistant fantastic it picked up exactly where I was and what I was wanting to sort out and I’ve got to resolve it in under 30 seconds which is absolutely brilliant so I’m happy ecstatic actually is put my mind at ease so thank you very much Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

First time I've used cora, but very effective in relation to my query - why a payment had been declined - issue is at retailers end. Card works fine on other websites so I just needed confirmation from rbs that retailer system is the issue as they'd told me it was my banks fault! Great banking experience

I have been with Natwest since 1967 which is a long time, always service has been excellent the people being the counters in branches have always been great, Of course since the enforced change to online banking things have changed however Cora is a great help especially to an 86 year old customer!
