First time I've used cora, but very effective in relation to my query - why a payment had been declined - issue is at retailers end. Card works fine on other websites so I just needed confirmation from rbs that retailer system is the issue as they'd told me it was my banks fault! I have been with Natwest since 1967 which is a long time, always service has been excellent the people being the counters in branches have always been great, Of course since the enforced change to online banking things have changed however Cora is a great help especially to an 86 year old customer!
