I am trying to set up a Natwest account which is increasingly becoming infuriating. The documents that you are asking me to provide do not make sense, I cannot get through to anyone to assist and my documents have been rejected after being told they were sufficient. Takes a long time and doesn't solve the problem

Asks the same questions over and over again. Doesn't understand simple questions. Says it will pass you through to someone who can help - then tells you there is nobody available ! Just takes a long time without achieving a result. Reviewed on: 29th March 2023
