I am a new customer registered for a new current account online. The process has been so easy and if I get stuck on something or need help with a question I use the automated message system. The service is second to none and it is super quick on replying not only that it gives me precise instructions on how to do things where to go and gives like an idiots guide making it seamless many thanks Laura Reviewed on: 1st March 2022

Card Reader Error

The card reader showed 'error' when the card was inserted. The online help, Cora, identified this as a battery problem and explained how to change the battery. This helped to sort the problem out quickly. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022
