Resilient in the face of user errors

A slight glitch at the start of the conversation because I answered before the question was asked but the algorthm got it back on track. A great relief after endless hassle with security gestapo in other banks today who want proof of everything, no common sense and security checks that are easily bypassed (e.g. checks on originating email address). Good AI is a boon, and even though this was a simple task (address change) its handling suggested that Cora is well designed. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
