Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Good no nonsense bank

Been with natwest for years but the review I'm leaving today is promoted by their online chat. It's so easy to use to update details. I've moved and within a couple of minutes their new automated service updated things. This has been a great easy to use experience. Natwest, making it easy again. And for your info I have accounts with Halifax, Starling, Monzo, Lloyd's and Nationwide. Natwest in my opinion have done a great job keeping the traditional services while competing with the new challenger banks (Starling and Monzo etc). Natwest online presence and app now competes well with Starling and monzo plus I have a physical branch to use. All round a great bank to be with. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
