Always hassle-free assistance

Fantastic at helping me whenever I contact customer service. Whether this be via the app or online banking and over the phone. I most recently had a NatWest employee contact me to help with any financial problems or issues I may be having during the pandemic and helped best advise me with my credit score. I have since closed my overdraft (as advised to do in full, rather than bit by bit as I had originally planned) and now going to be opening a rewards account and credit card. NatWest provide an efficient, friendly and helpful service and am proud to have them as my bank. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Pretty smooth and quick address update at my leisure which ordinarily would have meant being on hold for some time followed by back and forth with an agent. Please don't ditch the agents though, still need the human touch for some requests Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
