Really useful and helpful when you need a quick answer to a query - save having to go through numerous stages of a phone call. Obviously the recognition of certain words will pre-empt the response but this is definitely the way forward in the digital age. A simple and efficient way of finding an answer to any questions you have regarding online banking, or anything to do with your bank account!! Thanks Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
