I have been very busy during lockdown and some times process for Change of Address have been really complex or you are kept hanging on the phone for ages, at a time when you have 100 things to do. This process using Cora was extremely easy to use and very quick. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Quick easy to use digital assistant that delivers all the information you need in seconds. It saves time on having to hanging on the telephone line waiting for an assistant who is probably dealing with a more urgent call when your query is just something simple like, "Where is my replacement debit card?"
