IF you like automated flow charts that waste your time, you will probably love this, for those of us who would rather deal with a human being at the expense of the company's profits and who actually know something about banking, will probably give it a similar review. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Unable to deal with queues

Switching to a Nat West Current account

Cora says she 'I’ll transfer you to a colleague who will help you with this.' and then never comes back to you, ive been currently waiting 1 hours for a reply. When you phone Nat West they say the only way to contact the Switching team is via Cora, this is a vicious circle. I think the easiest way is to cancel my account and look else where.
