Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Super quick Cora

Cora was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my payment dispute.. I would receive a response immediately so there was no waiting around and she resolved my issue and provided timescales on what would happen next and gave me links to forms.. very knowledgable and very quick .. love it ! I was really impressed. I actually read the declaration and digested it in the bite size chunks Cora sent me (easier than in long written form which Usually make me glaze over!). My ISA is reactivated - all so simple and from comfort of my sofa! Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
