Firts time I used Cora was today as I was trying to make a payment to a new payee and I got a card reader error - Immediately i thought here we go, hours searching and many phone calls - well NO it wasnt like that at all - Opened Cora, typed in Card Reader error - it popped up with solution immediately as has been a recognised problem with new cards - Cora walked me through each step, confirming each on, and if that had solved my problem, which it certainly did - AWESOME job NATWEST, great tool and look forward to using it going forward, shows you really do listen and care about your customers - Thank you!!
